What's the typical turnaround time for issues? Might we expect downtime?
Depends on the issue! Most common issues have a pretty quick resolution time (proportional to the issue). However, during the course of a repair, downtime is only utilized as a last ditch effort. We will exhaust every option to repair your site as-is and live!
